Thank you** A: It holds 16 cups. I don't know why they don't include that information on the product description! **Q: Does this cake pan leak?** A: I made a German Frankfurter Krantz cake and it leaked. Could be because the batter contains 1 1/2 sticks of butter, 6 eggs and only 1 cup flour. Perhaps with a denser batter, it wouldn’t leak. **Q: What are the three metal things on the sides?** A: Angel food cakes cool upside down. The metal prongs allow you to turn the pan upside down without smashing the top of the cake while it cools. **Q: How big? cup size? will this hold the batter and not run all over the sides! help!** A: It will hold the standard pound cake recipe. We have used in a number of times with no trouble. If you exceed the standard, it probably would run over.
