Please keep in mind that unless you submit a high quality, high resolution photo the photo will look grainy on the actual stone. I knew this before I purchased the stone and I was ok with that. The proof that was sent the photo was very clear, but it was just a computerized image, it wasn't the actual photo on the stone. The photo on our stone is grainy, but we absolutely love it! It was securely packaged, no damage whatsoever. The customer service was excellent and the shipping was extremely fast! Overall, very pleased with our memorial stone! It was beautifully made and had a good weight to it. The writing and picture came out great. The only thing I wish was a little different is the stand it comes with. The stand is sturdy and comes with locking bolts but the plaque is loose inside of it. Also there is no top to it so the plaque can just be taken out. Maybe they can adjust this for future orders. Other than that it was perfect and we really appreciate how nice it came out. The wait for it also wasn't bad, less than two weeks with shipping.
