Thick and thirsty for male urinary leakage ! *by J***L on Reviewed in the United States on April 22, 2019* Great thick long pad , great for the heat the underwear pads like real fit make me hot and sweat then develope heat rashes in the groin ouch . These are great for a quality pad developed for men not cheap but very useful . For bladder leakage I have a bad bladder disease IC . These make it easy to go out and sleep better just urinate in them so you don’t have to urinate 15 times a night . Hold a lot . And man made for the movement of the penis . That moves around a lot at night nor during the day . Use good boxer briefs to keep in place or briefs tight fitting to keep in place ! Only wish they in the back were bigger because they fall right by the testicles and sometimes uncomfortable so you may have to push the back more and then front is shorter . And you need from coverage and back because when you urinate it goes right to the bottom of your testicles . And you don’t want leaks . These our the best for more then dribbles . These are for men who need a good thick pad like a diaper but have to not pull up and down! Go right in your boxer briefs or briefs better boxer briefs because their not small . Their not cheap but the best I have found . I have tried over 15 types manufactures and these are the best for men ! Dribbles too much but full leakage better and great to travel , on a plane . I put these on easy after I go theu the tsa line not before or I get the tsa rub down on my groin . Thinking I have something in my pants they don’t understand men’s pads .
