Review: Great pizza steel for the price - This is a must have for cooking home made pizza in a conventional oven. We were using a pizza stone that finally cracked after 20 years of use. This new pizza steel is heavy, but fits in our oven perfectly (GE Monogram). It works very well to heat of up the pizza crust evenly, and retains heat for mutiple pies. It is very easy to clean, with just a quick wipe off after using (and cooling off). We can even bake 2 smaller pies with this size steel, offering great baking capacity. Overall, this is a very good stell for the price.

Love this steel! Its very heavy(30lbs). Makes beautiful neopolitan style pizzas in my oven at 550°. 6 minutes and done. Preheats much faster than a stone and no worries about cracking it. Cleanup is eaay. just scrape it off and oil if rust spots appear. I use at least once a week.
