Honestly, this book is very therapeutic if you are experiencing a heartbreak. If you're newly on a break or been going through it for a min, it resonates well on both ends. It outlines the stages, gives solutions, & gives a heartbroken person the encouragement that is needed to help them along the way. I can say, wholeheartedly, that I felt better just by reading this. Although the healing process takes time, reading this book has pushed me to stay focus & welcome the process. Good read!

I have been trying to deal with my break-up the last few months, but although I have tried everything, nothing seemed to work! Until I found this book... The fact that my boyfriend leave me had made me feel extremely depressed and with no energy, but thanks to Lakeysha-Marie Green I feel much better now. It's been a while since I found such a well written guide on how to overtake break-ups. Lost of tips are included! I couldn't recommend this more!
