Followed the instructions contained with a few modifications. Ironed sweatshirt first to make sure all moisture was out. Ended up ironing each section for longer than 30 seconds per side - about 20 seconds at a time, but repeated a few times. And made sure to also iron the edges really good. Ironed inside out as per instructions. Numbers look awesome and study. No issues pulling off the back at all (I was surprised at first how much the backing holds onto the sweatshirt, but pulling slowly there was not an issue at all.) Have not washed yet, but so far so good! The numbers are really hard to transfer to the shirt, I followed their guidelines exactly. The backing is to thick, hard to get of the letters. On top of that there is excess of material, creates wrinkles, look at the picture. My brand new $90 World Cup jersey is ruined.
