Any tips on how to release some gas so the suspension can work ??** A: The 100N struts should start to yield when subjected to about 10kg force. You can test this by hand pressing on one end , the other resting on a solid surface. If that is the case then your assembly geometry, position of the ends on door and frame are probably wrong. Alternatively the wrong struts have been furnished. **Q: Do the struts easily pop off if you want to remove them? Eg. To get the cabinet to open at a larger angle than the strut permits?** A: Not easy but can be done, the socket must be symmetrically pried off off.
