Review: Great addition for outdoor dining, highly recommend - I bought my first Ooni Karu 12, 3 years ago and loved it so much I’ve bought 4 more to give to friends and family for wedding presents. It’s easy to set up and store. It’s fun to make the pizza’s outdoors and always brings people together when doing so. We have used the oven with both the charcoal and wood but have also purchased the gas connection, I personally prefer the charcoal and wood however when using gas it’s much easier to control the temperature. It took a little practice to get the perfect pizza, but it was so much fun trying and brought many laughs along the way. I quickly found out when adding toppings less is best. The pizza’s, cook very fast and they taste amazing. The Ooni Karu 12 multi-fuel pizza oven is great value for money and a great addition to our outdoor dining, I would highly recommend.

**Q: Does the outside of the oven get too hot to touch?**
A: Yes when you have been cooking in it the Ooni gets up to 500c and should not be touched until fully cooled down, usually it takes about and hour or more for it to cool down to about 30-50c

**Q: Can you use pallets with the Karu instead of wood or charcoal?**
A: Hi there! Ooni Karu has been designed to fire up with wood and charcoal using our newly designed burner grate. The existing Ooni Pellet Burner will physically fit the oven but this isn’t something we would recommend. I hope this helps!

**Q: Does it come with the door?**
A: It does

**Q: What accessories comes with me**
A: There are no accessories with the oven you will need a wooden peel and a metal peel put the pizza into and out of the oven. You will also need lump wood charcoal and suitable hardwood too reach the high temperature for cooking pizzas in 60 seconds.
