It arrived carefully packaged and undamaged, although the locking mechanism was initially stuck, and needed some gentle force to open.I'm a small woman, and the folded chair was easy to carry.The color is true to the picture, and attractive. I was concerned at first because the legs had a bit of wiggle even when locked, but the chair itself doesn't move or shake.I bought the chair for indoor use as an interesting lounge chair, and made cushions. I really like the way it looks and I sit in it for hours at a time.
