The quinoa is fresh tasting and the aji amarillo pepper sauce is so full of flavor! I love that I can decide how much of the sauce I want to add. I only mixed in half of the sauce in mine and it was perfect for me. My daughter added all of it in her's which made it perfect for her. They taste good cold but they are amazing warmed up. They are great for people who like to stock pile food as they last a long time and are great to grab for lunch at work as they come with a little spork to eat with. It's just a bonus that quinoa is so healthy. ### ⭐ Yuck *by L***A on October 4, 2018* Aji Amarillo Pepper Sauce is NOT plant-based even though packaging says it is. Agree with the reviewer that noted hard things in quinoa (s/he said rocks but my teeth are fine, so don't think rocks but I can see why they said that). Also tried the Artichoke and Pepper Medley--GROSS. Kitchen and Love (Cucina & Amore) is so much better than this World Gourmet stuff. Kitchen and Love brand is also more expensive but not by much and is very much worth it, particularly the artichoke and roasted pepper flavor, it's a great quick meal I can eat while working. Even the plastic spoons that World Gourmet supplies don't snap together, what a waste. ### ⭐ Almost inedible *by S***M on April 2, 2018* These quinoa bowls are terrible! Even though the flavor is decent, the texture of the sauce is like a coagulated cheese blob. It can barely be mixed into the quinoa. As for the quinoa itself, it’s fine, potentially the only redeeming part of this meal, if it were not for the hard rocks (?) I bite into every now and then.
