Review: THIS IS THE BEST HEALTH BOOK I HAVE EVER GOTTEN - My husband and I are in our 40's. We've been doing various things to become healthier and heard about this book. We started reading it and are more than 1/2 way through. We started following it's advice, cut out all the seed oils (including reading food labels!) as well as all grains, and are eating the anti-aging yogurt that he describes. The result is better sleep, more energy, feeling more lively during the day, plus my husband dropped 10 pounds and I dropped 5 so far in just 3 weeks, and that is eating good food every day, not being hungry at all feeling the healthier we have felt in several years. The way the book is written is very simple, describing things in a way that is easy to understand and it gives you a purpose as to why you should in fact be healthier, and gives very good tools to do that. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to feel better and live longer! Update 28 June 2025: My husband and I are now almost done reading the book and keep following the data in it. He is now waking up pain-free every morning when he used to wake up with a lot of pain on his hands due to inflammation. I also used to have stomach issues and food sensitivities, however I realized that this was due to eating things that were bad not just for me but for anyone. I am now not eating these and feel great. My husband has now lost 15 pounds since we started and I have lost 10 and people keep asking what are we doing that we look so great!

I learned a lot and have introduced some new things into my diet and lifestyle too. You can’t ask for more than this amount of information- backed up by high quality proper studies’ footnotes- to trust and guide you toward a healthier and satisfying life. The personal anecdotes help you accept: It’s literally never too late to begin. Anyone with curiosity and desire can do it.

My husband and I are in our 40's. We've been doing various things to become healthier and heard about this book. We started reading it and are more than 1/2 way through. A new and recent health concern led me to find this excellent new book "UnHoly Trinity". We are Carnivore/Ketogenic dieters and my husband just received a high score on a CAC test done at his last executive physical. My search for understanding brought me to find Dr. Ford Brewer on YouTube where he interviewed Daniel Trevor, a heart attack survivor. Mr. Trevor had just written this book, "UnHoly Trinity". Daniel wrote this book to help keep others from suffering. He shares his personal experience of surviving a heart attack even though he considered his lifestyle “healthy". He shines more light on the broken systems and the lies we’ve all been fed about nutrition and health. He has gathered together in summary a plethora of research for the basis of this book. Also, the chapter provided by Dr. Brewer with his expertise in the area of testing and cardiac event protection is an invaluable contribution. There is also a wealth of information regarding cardiovascular disease that is not widely known including it seems by most doctors. This book challenges the establishment’s status quo. The revelations of how industry manipulates food, nutrition guidelines and medical care will enlighten you and also make you angry. It's a very thorough resource that explains how it is that we have all been misled about true health. After exposing the truth on food industry corruption, advice about nutrition and even our flawed and broken medical system the author then tells us how to really achieve optimal metabolic health. This information will most certainly save lives and help people live without debilitating disease. I bought multiple copies of this book to gift to some of my loved ones because it helps explain that the root cause of most every modern degenerative disease can be traced back to poor metabolic health due to what we ingest. Chronic inflammation due to excess glucose and fructose and the roller coaster of insulin spikes and unregulated blood sugar from eating carbs, sugar, processed foods and industrial seed oils damage our bodies slowly and insidiously over the years. Daniel does a great job of explaining why we must eliminate the “Unholy Trinity” of these substances from our diet to stop poisoning ourselves. His book has helped validate mine and my husband’s decision to continue to adhere to a very low carbohydrate higher fat predominantly meat based way of eating. Everyone who is serious about true health can benefit and become empowered with this information. To avoid being fooled and brainwashed into addiction and ill health any longer you can buy, read and share Daniel’s book, support your local regenerative farmers/ranchers, and eat meat to thrive!
