I started taking probably 2 tbls or a bit more and blend it in water. Drink it down first thing in the am w minimal nose breathing lol (to minimize taste). LISTEN. 👏👏 I did not change ANYTHING in my diet or lifestyle. My arm pits barely stink and my stool is obv geeen but nicely formed each morning. I already went each morning but now it’s so nicely formed. I’m going to go today without deodorant to see what happens. I could smell my arm pits the end of each day after wearing deodorant and even after showering (Natural deodorant). I do expect some smell to happen but I couldn’t even leave the shower and not smell my arm pits prior. I just want to see how smelly I get without anything at all. I am fascinated!! And truly this only took a week to notice and I certainly wasn’t looking to notice anything because I had used this in the past but very sparingly bc I couldn’t deal w the taste but now that I blend it and just got over it I can really down 2tbl plus at a time.
