## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is difference between this model and the CP1300 ?**
A: Mostly aesthetic. Same paper tray, same cartridges, controls on 1300 are more button based, while 1500 is more internal menu based. Both are fairly intuitive. You should be able to feel comfortable after a few minutes.

**Q: does the Canon Selphy CP1500 use standard photo paper?**
A: No. It uses a specialized “photo pack” that combines glossy photo paper with sublimation color dyes

**Q: How many prints can a cartridge do?**
A: The starter cartridge has 5 prints, I believe. Refill cartridges come as a total of 108 prints, broken into 2 or 3 cartridges with paper included.

**Q: How do you embed QR codes into the picture?**
A: Use a graphics program to place the QR code into the picture, then print the modified picture

*by A***N on May 21, 2025*

This photo printer is perfect for scrapbooking. It’s wonderful to be able to print just one or two photos, instead of having to order from a photo printing service. The photos print very cleanly, and it’s fun to watch the photo printing process. Additionally, the app works very well for printing. I appreciate the customizable nature of the photos through the app.
