Funzionare funziona anche se è meno efficace rispetto alla centrifuga a manovella che avevo in precedenza. Ho l'impressione che il meccanismo di riavvolgimento della cordicella e la cordicella stessa non siano molto solidi e quindi temo che avrà vita breve. C'è di meglio.Aggiorno la recensione a quasi due anni di distanza. Come temevo la cordicella si è rotta circa 6 mesi fa ma senza grossi problemi sono riuscita a sostituirla. Essendo il punto debole dell'attrezzo alla fine il problema è risolvibile anche se dovesse ripresentarsi. No gira bien al tirar de la anilla, es como si rozara en algún lugar y el cordón no recupera, con lo cual no centrifuga las ensaladas ni las verduras. Debería haberla devuelto pero se me pasó el plazo y no lo hice. Utilizo la parte transparente como bol para ensaladas, pero no recomiendo su compra.
