I opted for a waltons and I must say I can't fault it. Christmas came and a family member gave me an Amazon gift card.Great I thought lets get some more whistles I bought a Waltons C and a Generation Bb. When I played the Generation Bb I loved it and decided to ignore the mixed reviews and go for a Generation D. I saw the Boho paisley green and had to have one.When I opened up the package and saw it in the box my first impression was how stunning this whistle looks, the on-line pictures don't really do this whistle justice, but what will it sound like? I played a verse of Spancil Hill (one of my favourite tunes) and heard that classic Generation sound, easily slipping into the top octave without the harsh sound many reviewers have talked about, my wife even remarked how nice it was! Wish more tin whistles came in such nice patterns.
