I currently have three old pairs of Reebok running shoes but I don't run anymore as I'm an old Army vet with the bad knees and back to prove it! So, I was looking for a cross-trainer as I'm no longer on the open road but in the gym and figured a training shoe would better fit my new exercise routine, which still consists of some high octane cardio exercises. I initially looked at the Puma cross-trainer but was forewarned by the reviews that the shoe runs narrow and I deal with enough pain without having to add my feet to the equation. So, I looked at the Reebok reviews and read how those with wide feet found this training shoe to be comfortable. So, I ordered one pair and when they were delivered took them on a test drive the next day at the gym. They felt great! Not too loose or too tight but just right, with give and added stability in all the right places! I felt so much better after my workout - as my feet where suffering a little with my old Reebok running shoes - I quickly ordered two more pair as I found rotating your shoes helps to keep them and you in better shape. If you have an average to wide foot, I highly suggest these training shoes. ### ā­ā­ā­ā­ 4.0 out of 5 stars Tries to do it all... *by R***T on Reviewed in the United States on May 16, 2015* So I was looking for a Crossfit-specific shoe as my runners were just not cutting it anymore - especially for the rope climbs. My coaches said they liked the 2.0 and the price was right (at least better than 3.0 and 4.0) so I took the plunge.Fit - heel is fine, but the toe box is wide for me I have some fabric bunching when I snug them up around the toe portion.Support - I wish they had a little more arch support, but at least there is something.Function - The first day I wore these, we did about 2km of sprints running in an asphalt parking lot. I really noticed the extra room in the toe box as the ball of my foot was sliding around. I also noticed really tight/sore shins the next day, as they do NOT have the forefoot cushioning in the runners I had been wearing. They also do NOT have quite the heel lift, nor solid feel of an olympic lifting shoe - so if you are doing anything other than warming up squats, you will still need lifting shoes.Overall - it's one of those shoes that's designed to do everything, and it does - but it also ends up being a compromise. For a Crossfit shoe, they are great for inside gymnastic stuff, and short stuff on the rubber floor. But not good for lifting or longer runs (over 800m) outside on pavement. ### ā­ā­ā­ā­ 4.0 out of 5 stars S-U-P-E-R wide in the forefoot and a little short *by T***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 11, 2019* I have a flat foot with a very wide forefoot, so shoe shopping is always exciting. I'm usually at least a EE, if not EEEE. After trying the Nano 6, 7, and 8, I was all set to buy a set of Nano 6.0s, the widest forefoot of the bunch, as my first CrossFit shoe until someone suggested I try the older (and 33% less expensive) 2.0. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 2.0 also had a plenty-generous forefoot that fit my pancakes just fine.However, I found I had to go up to a size 9.5, half a shoe size larger than what I wore in the Nano 6.0 to get the length right. At size 9.0, my toes were hitting the front of the shoe when I ran. At a size 9.5 length, the length is great, but out of the box the forefoot is now just a little too wide.
