**Q: what is the difference between Hawthorn Berry and Hawthorn Leaf supplements? thanks**
A: I take Hawthorn Berry to reduce my blood pressure. I have never tried Hawthorn leaf so unfortunately I cannot answer your question

**Q: Does Hawthorn Extract ratio of 5:1 mean there is 200mg of extract in each capsule? Or is there 1000mg with 5:1 ratio, so there is 5000mg equivalent?**
A: on the bottle's label it says the ingredients of these tablets are:
Bulking agent:  Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose.
Hawthorn leaf 5:1 extract,
Flow Agents:
magnesium stearate
silicone dioxide
stearic acid.

the only other indication of any other quantity is a nutrition table, whch tells us the nutrient is Hawthorn n that per tablet there's 1000mgs of Hawthorn.

i don't know if this gives u the answer uor looking for, but it is all it tells us on the bottle!

**Q: Hi! What is the percentage of standardized vitexin in it?**
A: Hawthorn leaf is 5:1.  As for vitexin there is no mention of that name on the product.  One tablet daily and don’t exceed dosage is the advice.  

I believe the tablets are strong as l have fast heart rate ( tachardia ) but doctors did not prescribe beta blockers so no help from the medics, and having a fast heartbeat 130 instead of around 65 when relaxing, makes me feel tired, so l bought the hawthorn and it slowed my heartbeat to just under 100 which is considered top end of normal range.  I don’t know what you want the hawthorn tablets for but these work for me so they are the real deal, and l don’t even need to take them daily anymore. I would say the tabs regulated my heartbeat and l am no longer tired out, so l am impressed but urge caution when taking them and advise keep them away from children or pets.

**Q: What percentage of Maltodextrin in this tablets?**
A: It doesn't give that info on the bottle - ask Zipvit. It's the first ingredient listed so probably fairly high.
I've finished the bottle now and gorn back to a liquid herbal extract.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helping Blood pressure in combi with quality garlic, Coq10, Beetroot and Omega 3

As I was struggling to get control of my BP which was running quite high still despite taking three medication ( ACE, Calcium Channel Blocker and Diuretics) I added herbs and natural stuff. Stopped the CCB as it was messing my body. Replaced it with Beta- Blocker which seems to sit better with my system. Bought this 1000mg Hawthorn supplement , along with Beetroot , High Dosage Garlic, Grape Seed Extract, Omega 3 Coq10and combined with regular exercise, stress control and acupuncture points daily regular pressure I now see my BP reading at 123/78 with BP at 60. Still taking the reg med for now. It seems like a lot of "efforts" but it turns into a routine. The satisfying results also make it more like a motivation to take all of these stuff. Relaxation and letting things go is huge part of it but could be improved with yoga and breathing techniques. Because I am happier and seeing the positive impact of all my "efforts" it is helping BP to remain within normal boundaries. Highest reading I have had in past three weeks was 144/91 Keep going and believe it can be achieved
