This turkey baking dish features a durable 3-ply construction consisting of an 304 stainless steel Interior, aluminum core, and induction-capable stainless exterior which delivers even heat distribution along the bottom and throughout the sides of the pan. The cooking surface is non-reactive and ideal for reducing sauces or liquids. This rectangle roasting pan features an elevated non stick wire rack which helps cook food quicker and more evenly. Ergonomic inverted handles on the sides of the roaster tray allow you to easily put it into the oven and take it out when the food has finished cooking. Our roaster rack is oven friendly and compatible with gas, electric, grill, and induction, and heats up to 600 degrees F (315 degrees C). As an added bonus, this roaster pan comes with a digital thermometer with a bright, easy to read backlit display and provides accurate readings from -40 to 480 degrees F.
