I wanted raw honey and previously had bought a rapeseed flower one, which was lovely but like spreading almost dried cement. This one spreads very easily, without being runny. It is very thick and doesn't pour off of the knife/spoon. It's a lovely consistency and flavour and I will be buying again. But in a 1.2kg jar, this won't be for a little while yet. The only thing I didn't like was that the jar was not sealed well when it arrived, and the lid came off easily with no pressure at all. I have eaten a lot of it and am still here to tell the tale, so I guess there was no contamination!
