Other companies that offer commercial products for water level management have expensive support and product plans but the units we got from sump alarm are well built and super easy to setup and install. It's great to have something off the shelf that works so seamlessly. I even contacted Sump Alarm and their customer support is great and talked me through how to wire their alarm box to other switches like a flow paddle switch. We have saved countless hours and dollars thanks to these units. I served in the Army and this product really demonstrates rugged, military grade appearance compared to devices that I saw while serving. Not that we had any sump pump alarms, but you get the idea as a comparison in craftsmanship. It looks like a true american made product. The install wasn't that difficult, make sure that you are careful tightening the screws with a power drill, as the instructions mention that it's easy to strip the threading of the Phillips head. It may be best to use the instructions recommended screw size and just switch it with a Torque bit head for the screws. That's common with most electronics and mounts though.
