Is it easy to keep your leg on the pad?** A: I have several months of experience on both types of pads, and I will tell you the flat ones are better, but a fuzzy 2" foam pad on top of a flat one is optimal. The knee-divot model tends to have a topographical logo in the middle of the divot, which ends up making an impression on your leg. It's not fun, or comfortable. I had to deal with that for the better part of 6 months.
