**Q: Will this work with a ST784S?**
A: The ST784S calls for part number THU331S flapper. This one should be a replacement for that, so it should work.

**Q: My old flapper does not clip on or off nor will it slide off the pins. The material is not pliable. How do i get it off?**
A: Hello, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble removing your current flapper. I am not sure what type of flapper or toilet you currently have and do not want to suggest something that may not work or damage your current toilet. I would suggest reaching out to our TOTO Tech Support directly so they can troubleshoot the issue and walk through some options. **Q: Does this fit the ST454E?**
A: Per Toto's parts schematic for their model CST454CEF and CST454CEFG, this is the exact replacement flapper. Toto places a parts list on the inside bottom surface of their tank lids. Check for this list, and even if the part number is different you can do an online search with that number and it will bring up the current replacement part number, as Toto has continued to update their products. My Toto's list provided a flapper number that had been updated when I needed to buy one, and the new flapper replaces a good number of their older flappers. It fit and works perfectly in my Toto. Verify that your toilet is a "CST454CEF or CST454CEFG" and then you can download the current parts schematic for it from the Toto web site. Install is fast and easy, and Amazon got the part out to me very quickly. Good luck!
