The only way I can tell is that the final product, in my case beer, is not getting ruined from contaminated equipment, I have never had an issue with a batch from using this. I like that is Low Foam, some people say it is no foam, but it will foam a bit if you shake the jug or mix it with he water with a stirrer or similar. No rinse needed after use is great. There is not more to say, a would like to see it a bit cheaper. Definitely a must have in your supply if you are a home-brewer of any kind where your batches is sensitive to bacteria's or contaminants.
