It has a gentle energy boost and with a dash of honey, it taste great. As busy as I am in the morning getting ready for work packing my lunch, it's a breeze to click on the hot water kettle and pour a tumbler of tea on my way out the door. So pleased with this tea, I have started a subscription to receive this product regularly to keep it available. It is not available at any local supermarket I've searched.
