Which is it?** A: Mine is matte like it states in the title. Are you talking about “embellishments - GLITTER”? And “The Industry standard in high gloss calendared vinyl!“ ? I don’t know exactly why it states that but like I said I would almost guarantee you will get the matte. I think that last means they are up to standards as a vinyl company. I am rather new to my machine and haven’t cut loads of vinyl. But I have one suggestion. Beings it’s a roll I would cut a piece and lay it out flat a bit it I do intricate work. Just makes it easier. Good luck. **Q: Is it a smooth texture?** A: This has a very smooth finish **Q: Does this have the blue backing** A: No it doesn’t. It Has white paper backing with blue grid. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So easy to weed and perfect for outdoor use. *by C***W on 13 July 2024* ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grea *by R***R on 1 August 2025* ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality roll of vinyl for any projects *by A***D on 3 January 2022* ## Frequently Bought Together - Oracal 651 Matte White Vinyl Roll for Craft Cutters and Vinyl Sign Cutters (12" x 25') - Roll of Oracal 651 Matte Black Vinyl for Craft Cutters and Vinyl Sign Cutters (12" x 25ft) - YRYM HT Clear Vinyl Transfer Paper Tape Roll-12 x 50 FT w/Alignment Grid Application Tape for Silhouette Cameo, Adhesive Vinyl for Decals,Signs, Windows, Stickers --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/566514592-roll-of-oracal-651-matte-white-vinyl-for-craft-cutters](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/566514592-roll-of-oracal-651-matte-white-vinyl-for-craft-cutters) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
