Due to its age. It's a simple kit, but it had exactly what I need for the job I was doing it came slightly smooshed, however the cardboard for box around the model itself is very flimsy to begin with. I received it safe and sound, well packaged and with plenty of time to spare before it was due to get to me. Plenty happy with the Review: Old model with almost no detail in the decals - This is an old model kit, and while the detail in the actual plastic is reasonable, there is a complete lack of detailed aztec decals to represent the actual look of the ships. Sure the original 1701 doesn't require anything more since it was a very clean and smooth look; However the refit and the Next Generation ship require a good set of decals to look right. - Unless you have a specific reason for choosing this set, I would recommend the 7 ship Enterprise set.
