Anyone looking to or who has already purchased them make sure you set the XMP profile in your motherboard BIOS otherwise the RAM will not clock to 3000Mhz and will instead sit as your default motherboard/chipset speed. For my board (Ryzen 2 X470 chipset) this was as easy and setting XMP to profile 1 from auto and setting the RAM multiplier to 30 from 24 which changes it from 2400 to 3000 Mhz which improved game performance and benchmark results more than I expected.
