We tried with and without sensor tips. When I asked Lucid Audio about what can be done, they did not respond. It would be nice if you had included a small instruction booklet instead of that one piece of paper with the items. Also, you included a cleaning tool. Again no instructions on what or where or how to clean the product. I am still working on adjusting the volume to a comfortable level for me. I do like that it is in the ear and not over it. Other than the above mentioned issues.
