There is no recognizable vendor marking on the package, "BWQ" is the only identifier. The parts I received arrived with no bent pins or other damage, so the packaging seems to be adequate for this application, but it's not very neat looking. I bought these in April 2026 and they were dated 2436, i.e. manufactured about 3/4 of the way through 2024. So, not brand new production - but nothing to be concerned about either. The parts worked fine and in a couple of different applications; LED drive and relay drive. So, about as versatile as you could expect Darlingtons to be. Zu Funktion test von IC geunkt mit Ohmmeter probe an Fuss 8 verbinden und mit andere OhmmeterProbe jede eingan (1 bis 7) testen .
