    OK accessory - not good quality.

It works.  Kind of cheap quality.  I had to modify the mounting screws because they just loosened up every time the hood was moved.  I had to add very thin nuts and used Locktite on the threads. Really only good for keeping dew off the lens - the mirror is not very good quality - doesn't reflect well so it is difficult to see fainter objects.

I bought this dew shield +, and I'm really happy with it!, I have a little trouble to attach it to the telrad, because the screws were a little tight and the I thought the material of the telrad could break... I was extra careful (I have a heavy hand:S).Is a really good complement for this Excelent 1X finder scope.. I recommend it

I bought this shield to make alignment easier. When I am finding reference stars, sometimes it's hard to see through the finder without getting on the ground or straining my neck to look through. The mirror makes this a more simple process, and really impressed other members of my astronomy club whilst at our last star party. Assembly is very simple, as well. I consider this to be a must have accessory!
