The electrician made a mistake on the wiring so I texted the company and they gave me detailed instructions. It turned out to be a very easy fix. The heat is decent- and steady. The house is definitely a lot warmer. It looks beautiful and the flame effect is very realistic and calming. The size was as described in Amazon and looks like a real fire.
