Using it a minimum of four times a day (4 x 3 sets of >20 reps) it had completely changed my facial geometry in a positive way. It eliminated stubborn fat under my chin also. The reason I was compelled to write this review, is that it is such an effective product, that my facial recognition on my mobile phone became unreliable due to changes in my face, and I had to re-teach it to recognise me!
