A magnetic, one-hand bite valve keeps water close by. Equipped with a backerplate to create a low/wide profile, there's no need to awkwardly shove your refilled reservoir back into a full pack.

Review: Handy cover - Just take the bite valve off and this fits straight on and put the bite valve back with no interference. When you put the cover over the valve, you do need to 'click' it into place - I spent the first day with it flapping around and not staying over the valve so thought it was a waste of money. Seems well made, I paid around £12 which is a bit steep but if I put my pack down I don't want the valve touching anything on the ground, so it does do the job (once you learn to 'click' it on lol)
Review: Essential accessory - Purchased for my new bladder. Come on osprey whilst this is a great cap to keep bite valve clean, why not include with the bladder in the first place. Have to remove the valve to fit but is a snug fit. Essential for the Seral 7 waist pack as when you remove the pack the valve always fall to the floor collecting grit etc which has to be cleaned before use. Essential but expensive.

Just take the bite valve off and this fits straight on and put the bite valve back with no interference. When you put the cover over the valve, you do need to 'click' it into place - I spent the first day with it flapping around and not staying over the valve so thought it was a waste of money. Seems well made, I paid around £12 which is a bit steep but if I put my pack down I don't want the valve touching anything on the ground, so it does do the job (once you learn to 'click' it on lol)
