The bag arrived 2 days after i ordered it, it's in brilliant condition, and imo looks even better than it does in the photo.Fits all my accessories in with room to spare (since my power pack is nearly the size of a small laptop i was quite impressed), i can also fit my cooling tray in the main section of the bag too without feeling like im stressing the stitching. Good amount of padding around all the main areas and a sturdy strap to hold laptop in place.The only reason for marking it down slightly is that the strap connectors are plastic and although my laptop is quite chunky so not a fair representation of the weight it would normally carry, most 19 inch laptops would probably weigh more than you would be comfortable carrying using the shoulder strap.Otherwise this bag is fantastic, especially for the price ( however it's only day one, if it falls apart in a week i'll update). ### ⭐⭐⭐ It's big!! *by L***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 August 2010* I was misled by one of the other comments saying an 18 or 19" laptop wouldn't fit. The other comments are more accurate - it's huge! My 17.3" laptop rattles around inside it (it's going back). The inside compartment measures just shy of 19" wide x 14.5" deep (and this is the problem bit - although it has a movable velcro arm that means you can adjust the available width, you can't do anything about the depth, and the strap to hold it in place doesn't really make up for it being 3.5" too deep).
