**Q: I repeatedly format with 128 sd card and it doesn't let me playback only "no image" message, it says compatible with 128 what's wrong with it???**
A: I had this issue too and did not receive a helpful response to my question posted here. I did figure out that when I used an SD SDXC (extended capacity) the camera did not work even though I formatted several times. I tried an SD SDHC (high capacity) and that worked. I also dropped from 128 GB to 32 GB but I believe it was the difference between the extended capacity vs the high capacity that made the difference. Maybe that will work for you too?

**Q: Is there a seperate/external battery charger I can use to recharge the battery not currently in use? And a list of ad-on items for the camera?**

I bought this camera but the quality turned out to be very poor. Pictures are blurry and videos are not clear at all. The battery also drains very fast. Not satisfied at all. This camera is not as shown in the advertisement. Quality is really bad and it’s just a waste of money.
