They are smaller in size, maybe 2.5 inches tall. The plastic is soft and squeezable but most importantly, the caps are attached and made out of what seems to be silicon. This means they make an excellent seal over the stainless steel tips, you can feel the seal when pulling them off or pushing them on. This means I can mix paint ahead of time for several projects and it won't dry out.The opening is a bit small, so you definitely will need the included funnels or pipettes might work in a pinch. They are very easy to control when dripping paint into the paint cup on my airbrush.
