Although with 15oz mug the presser does not close properly, you have to turn the mug to the other side of the handle after one side is done, to get a good sublimation, also you need to push the mug a little hard. Even though, the sublimation came out just perfect. I will say this presser is more for skinny mugs, tumblers, which I did, and turn out beautiful. It gets hot fast, and I will say after about 15 turn off. And you have to wait a few minutes to start again, I believe that’s for safety reasons, which I like. I recommend this presser for beginners crafters, is very easy to use. One thing, this machine is for only straight shape items, it does not work with different shapes.
