Since adding the stage 2 i have one pair of dumbells that pretty much cover me for every exercise. Currently using my spin lock bars for excersises I lift heavier than 41kg, but I'll be adding the stage 3 kit very soon. But as far as performance goes these things are great! They're well balanced, have a slightly thicker handle to my spin locks so this adds extra challenge for the forearms, and drop/super/giant sets are a breeze now with the quick weight change.
