After using it for a few weeks, it’s definitely made bath time far more relaxing. The padding is thick and supportive without feeling too firm. It cushions the neck and upper back well, which makes a big difference if you like to lie back properly rather than sit upright. I’ve found I can stay in the bath much longer without that stiff neck feeling afterwards. The suction cups hold it securely in place once positioned correctly. On my smooth bathtub surface, it stays put throughout the bath, although I did need to press it down firmly the first time to get a good seal. It also dries reasonably well when hung up, which is important for hygiene. One thing I particularly like is how much of the upper back area it covers — it feels more supportive than smaller bath cushions I’ve tried in the past.
