A: As long as you don't put it in the dishwasher, it should be good for a while.

**Q: What material is this dish made of?**
A: Our Perfect Pot is a 5.5-quart cast aluminum pot so it is lightweight! The pot and lid weigh 4.5 lbs combined.
Its interior coating has our exclusively formulated ceramic nonstick coating made without PTFE and PFOA. The roasting rack that comes with our Perfect Pot is also cast aluminum with the same nonstick coating.
Because of its aluminum core, the Perfect Pot heats up quickly on the stovetop (great for a fast boil!). Its heavy gauge lid helps lock in and retain heat as well. The bottom of the Perfect Pot also includes a stainless steel induction plate that ensures compatibility on any stove.

**Q: Does the pot come with the genius add-on pieces shown  in images?**
A: This product includes the Perfect Pot and Wooden Spatula. All other add-on's are sold separately!

**Q: how well for the color hold up after multiple uses?**
A: The color appears to be baked in. After several uses and washes it has not faded.
