A: There is a glass breaker. Nothing fancy about it, it works though. Tested it at an auto junk yard.

A: If I remember on certain products they do. Had a hinderer that needed professional sharpening after 2 years and they accepted it. Just fill out the paperwork and send it in.

One of my best Amazon purchases. Great for law enforcement to cut strings/ cuffs. Not sure why the green and black have such a price difference. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me but overall great to have for PO’s.
