It's not completely useless -- you can use it if you want to put up with it. But why? There are much better options. Obviously the wire brushes do the best job but many of us are trying to get away from those for food safety reasons.I was hoping this tool would be a perfect solution but the handle is too small which makes it awkward and uncomfortable since some of the protrusions on the tool also poke your skin while you're trying to use it. It is a poor design all around.
