Or maybe your knee hits the hard floor because your mat is just too thin, and you wince instead of relaxing into the pose. We've been there too — and that's exactly why we created the GXMMAT Extra Large Yoga Mat. This mat gives you room to actually move, without constantly readjusting. Choose from 5 sizes — spacious enough for two people, or for one person who just wants to stretch out without boundaries. The 7mm&9mm high-density memory foam cushions your knees, elbows, and spine so you can hold poses longer, yet it's firm enough to keep you balanced. No more slipping, either. The dual-side non‑slip surface locks your hands and feet in place, even during sweaty hot yoga, while the grippy bottom holds tight to hardwood, tile, or concrete. And let's talk about that new‑mat smell — or rather, the lack of it. Open the box and you won't be hit with harsh chemical odors. Our mat is non‑toxic, latex‑free, and phthalate‑free, made with over 50% recycled materials (GRS certified). It's safe for kids, pets, and barefoot workouts. Don't worry about wear and tear either. This mat handles dumbbells, kettlebells, jump rope, and daily use without peeling or tearing. Over 1,700 happy customers have given it 4.6 stars — one of them said theirs still looks new after three years. When you're done, just roll it up, wrap the included straps around it, and tuck it away with the carry bag. Give yourself the space, comfort, and safety you deserve. Scroll up, pick your size and color, and finally enjoy a mat that works as hard as you do. ## Features - 【WORKOUT WITHOUT RESTRICTION】Extra long & wide for all-purpose fitness WITHOUT Shoes. We believe in creating premium quality eco-friendly floor mat that is safe for your body, mind, and spirit. Our mats are phthalate free, latex free, silicone free, and toxin free. Hope our answer helps. Best wishes ! **Q: Can I do cardio exercise barefooted on this ?Will it wear away the mat quicker?** A: Hi! The yoga mat is intended for yoga and stretching WITHOUT shoes, we do not recommend our yoga mat for intense cardio workouts barefoot or with shoes, as this mat is a foam yoga mat and will not be durable enough for intense cardio workouts. For intense cardio workouts with shoes or barefoot we recommend our Gxmmat cardio mats. Our cardio mats are made og high dense micro-foam, so they are more suitable for cardio workouts and will stand up to intense workouts. They are available in 6'x4', 6'x5', 6'x6' and 8'x6' sizes. Will it slip when you are doing some exercise on it ?** A: Hasn't moved at all for me, mine is on a hard tile floor and the bottom is a fine honeycomb-like texture. It does "ripple" up just a bit when I put outward pressure on it when stretching because the mat has some stretch in it, but it hasn't been a problem. It easily slides when you pull it to move it but it grips really well when you're standing on it. **Q: Can I use this mat for cardio workouts, like Insanity?** A: Hi Thank you for your inquiry. We do not recommend our yoga mat for cardio workouts barefoot or with shoes, as this mat is a foam yoga mat and will not be durable enough for intense cardio workouts. For cardio workouts with shoes or barefoot we recommend our GXmmat cardio mats. Our cardio mats are made of high dense micro-foam, so they are more suitable for cardio workouts and will stand up to intense workouts. They are available in 6'x4',6'x5' 6'x6' and 8'x6' sizes.
