Made my skin feel hydrated and made it through the winter without feeling tight skin or oily skin. Given that some of the Salmon complex vitamins are new to me, my skin was a little sensitive for the first 3-4 times but after getting past the new skincare introduction phase, I had no further reactions. The smell is mild but pleasant, doesn't have the high sunscreen scent, almost more organically floral induced.
