I gently then take the provided orange stick and try to lift up on the edges a little bit applying another drop or two around the edges. Within about five minutes, they start to peel off nicely, leaving no damage to my nail bed. I highly recommend this product. Patience is key. Do not attempt to pull the gel as usual.
