Hay unos más q otros según las marcas y calidad del producto!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value & seems legit *by M***M on January 28, 2024* Testimonials about the wonders of products that show marginal or inconclusive support in scientific study are dubious, so I will not generally provide such testimonials myself unless the difference clear and obvious and very substantial. Having said that, I will say anecdotally that I do feel as though my mental and physical state are improved by this product. I have been taking magnesium l-threonate for years after reading an article on ScienceDaily summarizing the first study on it. I have also had a sensitive digestion with IBS for over a dozen years and magnesium in particular seemed to provoke digestive distress. I assume this had the unfortunate effect of reducing further the already sub-optimal absorption of magnesium, and traditional magnesium supplements were not an option due to their tendency to worsen my symptoms, thus a vicious feedback cycle resulting in magnesium deficiency... Why am I telling you all of this information? Because I discovered some time ago that, for whatever reason, mag. l-threonate does not have this effect on me. This brings me to two points: 1. It stands to reason that I would experience perceptible improvement in my cognitive and physical well being simply from having a stable source of magnesium intake that is correcting a previous deficiency and it is therefore impossible for me to assess purely the ascribed "additional" benefits. 2. I had not tried mag. glycenate previously, but this supplement does not cause the sort of intestinal distress I have experienced from other mag supplements, so I am glad to have another source of magnesium for my body, although I do believe it has caused noticeably increased flatulence, it has not resulted in anything worse than that and I am not experiencing any discomfort as a result. I cannot say the same for my roommates... :) I give 4 stars for seeming to be as advertised and competetively priced. It is hard for me to give 5 stars to a supplement, and indeed I am not sure that I ever have. It is not their fault, I just have the philosophy that a perfect five should be exceptional in some way or an especially fantastic deal, and that is hard to achieve for a supplement since there is not much they can do besides make sure it contains what it says it does and does not contain other crap. Basically they're doing their job correctly. Since this should also be the most basic expectation they get 4 stars. I do not go with 3 simply because it feels like a coin toss and in that case I prefer to err on the side of generosity... Pardon the verbose rant, and thank you for your patience.
