The kit comes with every thing you need! But a screw driver with a magnetic tip makes it easier to install the screw properly. Does not come with a new back cover. If that is cracked as well you might want to buy one while your at it. Remove the sim tray before you disassemble the phone as well. All blue plastic needs to be removed and that to preventing the adhesive from sticking to other stuff. Took me two hours to get done. I don't fix phones for a living. I used a hot ceramic coffee cup to make the adhesive soft enough to open worked better than a heat gun, or blow dryer.
