This is my third child and I have always struggled with low supply. With each child I tried supplements to increase my supply and I'm not sure if they worked or if it was mental but either way they didn't work very well. This time around I've tried using the fenugreek and more milk pulse but after a feeding I would try to pump to build up a supply for when I go back to work but I was barely able to get much more than a few drops. After taking Logic Nutra Goat's Rue as suggested on the bottle take (1) capsule four (4) times daily within 3-4 days I began to see a significant amount of increases in my milk supply. And no fussy baby do to gas as the fenugreek caused! I am now able to pump between 4-5 oz. on both sides! And on another note, it did make my milk thicker with a slight yellower tent to it, I plan to use this product while breast feeding the next baby.
