Review: Pretty awesome. - This was a great purchase! I took an old trickle charger I had that didn't work anymore and turned this into a vehicle jump pack even better than the jump box they sell. I took a Dewalt battery from a recycling bin that I didn't want to rebuild because it had gotten wet and cut out a spot to put the battery tester in this that only lights up when the power is switched on. The cable wire is one of those plugs that I can connect the jumper cables to or one of the cigarette lighter adapters to making it pretty cool. I did get to jump a friend's car with it and it works great. I have never tried the cigarette lighter adapter but I plan on looking up if it is safe because that would be pretty awesome jumping the vehicle from inside the cab without even popping the hood. I doubt I should have to use the thing for many years on my vehicle but you never know.
