### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great construction and quality with a decent price

Nice leather construction that has enough overlap to avoid a pinch point on the neck.I would not suggest this collar for any neck over 17".  There isn't enough holes or spacing.  My neck is 18"+ and though I can sench it closed the fit and look just isn't right.Make her wear it.  The ring is plenty stong for whatever you plan to do.Could be used on the upper arm for an athletic built individual.  The look and feel would work.
